VISION: to modify the world where vampires, vampire hunter, ex-human vampire and human co-exist and lives in peace and harmony.....

MISSION: to gather all vampires, vampire hunter, ex-human vampire and human and together we will fulfill our vision.....

QUALIFICATION: must be a vampire/ex-human vampire/vampire hunter/human

-sigs are welcome..
-positions are to be to those top posters which excludes myself
-you can choose any title you want to have
-special titles are given by myself....
-good deeds and significant contributions are rewarded by rep points by me...
-introduce as what race you belong....

RULES & REGULATIONS: (subject to change)
1. for the vampires and ex-human vampires @ no blood sucking within the members unless consented by the one who will be sucked...
2. for the hunters @ no killing of vampires nor any attempt
3. for human @ just be friends with the other...haha
4. visit is a requirement (i mean posting) every week at least
5. all members are FREE to give rep points to the one with major contributions and good deeds, as +BLOODY POINT to_______.

I`ll join as soon as this is removed, I dont want to be pressured to give rep points, I will only give them when I feel they deserve it, (Which is actually the point of rep points, to give it when people feel someone deserves it) sure I have given som Moo members rep points, but only when they say something cowish that is funny and so on. Its cool that people from thesame FC give each other rep points because they like the same anime/manga, but making it official, and even being a requirement is just wrong..sick and wrong! xD
