X-men Origins: Wolverine Leak -
Apr. 4th, 2009, 01:22 PM
The new X-men Origins movie made it onto the internet on tuesday. The copy that is out there is a workprint copy. Its dvd quality and is the entire movie, however some of the special effects, cgi, sound effects and such arent polished. I downloaded it and watched about 10 minutes of it and felt depraved.
I will warn you the special effects like the cgi look like they were done in a highschool comp lit class. The lack of good cgi could put a damper on the movie which it did for me but it may be still worth a watch for others. You can find the torrent all over the place, has anyone else watched it or downloaded it?
"Its a simple question Dr.! Would you eat the moon if it were made of spare ribs?!"

Lol, talk about timing. I just got off watching the movie. Yeah the cg was quite noticeable, especially when the three were fighting on the top of a reactor. Apart from that, it was quite a good movie. And i bet the person who leaked the movie, staright from the studies no doubt, will get his ass kicked if he is caught.

Yeah, I had a friend tell me about this. If you are actually looking forward to the movie, DO NOT download the leaked version, it will ruin it for you. I watched like 10 minutes of it like the OP did. With that said, I'm not going to download it and finish it, the movie looks too good for me to try to watch it half done.

Yeah I heard it was leaked a few days ago, but I wasn't motivated enough to seek out a dl source. Looks like a great film though. I'm totally stoked about Gambit finally making his way into an X-Men movie. I was wondering why they scrubbed him for so long when he was such a major character in the comic.

God damned business Iguanas and their leather suits... They're buying up everything.

well apart frm the lack of realistic effects which i believe wont be an issue when the it hits the theater the story was pretty solid and some real twists xD
watching the leak was more like watching a 2hr behind the scenes of the movie

Columnists fired after reviewing 'Wolverine' -
Apr. 7th, 2009, 02:54 PM
LOS ANGELES - Fox News columnist Roger Friedman is out after posting a review of a leaked full-length work print of " X-Men Origins: Wolverine ." Fox News said Monday that the company's representatives and Friedman "mutually agreed to part ways immediately."
Friedman had been an entertainment writer who has contributed to FoxNews.com for 10 years. He wrote in his Fox 411 column Thursday that downloading the 20th Century Fox superhero prequel was "so much easier than going out in the rain" and that the movie "exceeds expectations at every turn."
The early review of the film, which 20th Century Fox described as a "stolen, incomplete and early version," was later removed from the Web site Friday. Fox News and 20th Century Fox are both units of Rupert Murdoch's News Corp.
The movie, which focuses on the beginnings of Hugh Jackman 's clawed Marvel superhero Wolverine, is not scheduled for release until May 1, but the leaked version began appearing online last week. 20th Century Fox promised that the source of the film would be prosecuted and said the FBI and Motion Picture Association of America are investigating the leak.
What kind of idiot does a public review on an illegal copy of a movie?

it's got nothing to do with being conservative... the movie was made by Fox studios, and their moron newspeople actually acknowledge an illegal copy and give it more publicity? Just plain stupid.
