Death Note Movies

What did you guys think of the Death Note movies? I didn't really like it, didn't even finish watching the first one.

I think it was mainly that the actor playing Light didn't really fit well. What about you guys?

It sucked, I wanted to close it while watching the first part, but I couldnt...I just had to watch the suckiness...but after it ended and I had to search for the second part, I didnt..because now I was finally free from it xD

I think it was alright. I've only watched the first one, and I have the second, but I don't particularly want to watch the second one, for the first one wasn't too great.
I think they sucked because the anime was great, and to follow up from that, was too great of a task.
