What if EVERYONE had a Death Note?

Yeah, but if I was a Kira, then I'd probably join with the other 5, cause seriously, why would you want to kill the other Kira's if he has the goal of creating a "perfect world". Wouldn't it make no sense if he killed the others who had the same goal??

That rule is only for Shinigami because they are ment to kill people not save people.

I don't know if this is true or not but according to chapter 109 of Death Note there are only 12 Shinigami. I don't think it was stated in that chapter if there are more or not, but since every Shinigami is granted only 1 death note that make only 12 available.

And as for the death at 81. That wont work. You can only control death for about 28 days. I am not sure about the number of days, but I know it was used in the anime and the second movie.

If everyone had a death note the world would be destroyed, and then the shinigami's would have even less of a purpose than they currently do and so would slowly die off. Then the whole matter of time and space would fall apart and existence it self would stop.
