Especially since most people are not capable of killing. Almost everyone I know owns at least one gun, including myself, but most of them have only used their guns only once or twice at a firing range shooting at paper targets.

True, since the rule that 6 can be activated at a time. But if unlimited could be activated, it would provide the quickest means of killing. People would drop dead by the millions in mere minutes. The question was if everyone had a death note. Not everyone can get access to a weapon as powerful as that. Some people do have limitations.

Um...then it would just be dumb. Not to diss you too bad, but that wouldn't really serve a purpose....it would just be a game of dodgeball...till the last man standing...and then, he would prolly just die himself.

one cannot kill in order to save ones life...though that was a rule as well..so u might actually kill some1 who is about to kill somebody else and then..ehm...yea what happens to a human then? dunno but if everyone could have a WORKING DN then...I would write my own name in it...( my name ) cause of death: old age, dies at an age of 81...

yea but even if you could kill with a gun theres ways of figuring out that it was. the deathnote is more ifficient and itz harder to track down the source

well serial killers/murderers/people who have a dark sense of a prank etc would have no limitations then, and we'd all end up dead (after all theres no way to prove who did it if everyone has a death note)
