I dunno, I guess it depended on where you lived on the planet. If you're somewhere close to where life just totally sucks and you could save tons of people by killing a shit load of bad guys. Yeah. I might do it lol.

well, there are people in this world who don't deserve to live (serial killers, rapiests,...etc) and I don't mind killing them
