Worst Claymore Moment

I agree with those that voted claire being the main character as the worst moment in Claymore. Even though it's more than a moment, she was just a horrible main character.

Are you really this stubborn? She clearly states that heading to the south is just an occasion for looking for Raki

she truly cares for him and its been made very clear

Reread the chapter if u wish Miria asks if her reason for heading south is only because of looking for Raki & she says going south is an occasion to look for Raki nothing more

if u want to hate Raki thats fine, but don't change clear facts to suit your own needs, its been made very clear by the manga that she does care for him + is truly looking for him

the wrst momnt bi far hav 2 b the Lst 3ep since they were completely changed 2 finish the story then quickly backed out at the Lst sec 2 leave it open 4 a 2nd season >.< but left the PLOT in disarray ..........

I didn't said that she won't look for raki but occasion is translated like (in some given moment or "in free time")

priložnost: occasional, opportunity, chance

i'm well aware of what occasion means, but you are misunderstanding the context of the scene. Raki himself is not the occasion, but heading south is the occasion to LOOK for Raki

Clare herself admits Raki is a special person to her , i don't see any other way you could take this out of context so badly

(she planed to go to south soon, but now when she find that raki could be alive, she only add him to list of thing that she must do in the south.)

even if words (occasional, opportunity, chance) have similar meaning, they still aren' the same and all this words can't be used in all cases.
And the same goes for my home langue.

agreed lol (about the not getting anywhere with this)

one of her main goals is to find Raki (her 2nd highest behind the revenge against Priscilla) he is far from an occasion, especially after 7 years searching would of long ended (shes going based on emotional attachment, not just being a woman of her word)

so i guess we can agree to disagree

The way they finished the anime series led me to believe there was not going to be a second season. If you look at many other anime out there they never follow the same road as the manga. I actually like how the anime turned out more than where the manga is going,but they could have done a better job ending the series.

the only sublime hints we got was that Isley said he would "see Raki again" (with no further explanation) , and even then at the most its very weak

but i agree everyones running around saying "this is how the second season will go" or "that is how the second season will go" when everything points to them not making an anime second season

its the reason they had Clare & Raki reunite too, as a large deal of plot in the 2nd arc with Clare deals with Raki not being with her (as she says her only reason for staying with the other survivors is because she is looking for Raki)

ontop of that also the fact that they avoided involving Alica & Beth in the few scenes they had in the 1st arc (due to their only importance is in the 2nd arc) adds to this
