Post Fastest way to do the splits - 07-23-2008

well three years ago i could do the splits like a pro but i due to an injury i had to stop training for 3 month and by that time i couldn't do it any more so I need to know the fastest way to regain the splits the normal way takes to much time

why dude for matrial arts(all kinds of them) it's nessesary to do splits to incresce flexibilty

well..if you started when you are a kid (around 4 to present age) you won't have any problems doing it again...

the best way ( i cant quite do them but this helps me to get high kicks cos i do karate ( jsut started but still made improvement sensai says lol :P) just like do it slowly so ease on in the possition and just slowly stretch down further until u cant any more. as long as you stretch before hand and do it a few times the mussels should get back their elasticity.


philosophy question: shit happens... why?

well it helps to do streches but not that enough splits makes it easier i what to have the most flexible body i can have
