for the country that has it only like the Egyptian Secondary System which divides high school into 4 sections which you'll enter according to your junior high school results(it will be adabted)

if i'm not mistaken since Egypt and Jordan have a very similar education systems ,when you finish middle school which is the tenth grade in Jordan you mark decides which section in the high school you can enter and that section decides which majors you can enter in the university ,we have many sections and they changes from year to year however people usually prefer on of these three(scientific which is the best since you can major in anything you want in university and usually requires a mark higher the 85%,IT which takes marks above 80%,and literal (i'm not sure about the name ,however the one enters this section is concerned with languages ,history ,religion,literature and such)and requires a mark above 65% )however i'm not sure of the marks since the range changes from year to year,the IT section is not allowed to study medicine,dental,pharmacy and engineering ,but allowed to study anything else,and the person who studies literal is not allowed to study medicine,dental,pharmacy and engineering and IT and any scientific section,now in the national exam at the end of high school (12th grade)each person compete with all the country on a university location depending on the mark,the higher your mark the more you can secure the major you want ,each section compete with its own,and there are a number of locations in each major for each section and that number depends on the major itself ,for example studying economy has 10% for scientific section students with marks around 70% and higher while it takes around 65% for literal section students with marks above 90%since it is considered the highest major for literal students,and takes larger # of literal students since it is considered a literal major,i hope this explained the complex education system we havetell me if you have any question,and for the main topic answer,it depends on the number of seats in the university for each one,for example in jordan IGSCE students have only 15% for the whole kingdom and they all compete for them,i didn't take it cause in my year the #of seats were only 5%so my chances were better for the national exam

well the Elementry is 6 year and 3rd and 6th grades are corected by the ministry of education in elementry you study basic math,scinece,social studies,Religon,Arabic and O.L English in 4,5,6 grades then in middle school which takes 3 years and the last is also corrected by the ministry of educaton you study i middle school Algebra,Geometery,Chemstry,Biology,Phyics,Freanch, English,Arabic,History&geography

in high school you study the same subjects in middle school included Statics,Philosiphy(if you enter in literic section),Bussnis and accounting,if your score passes 65%you may choose your section or enter scintefic section,mathimatical section or litric section if you are below you'll enter one of those Alclcultural section industrial section or trading section

anyway the Egyptian Secondary system's problems are in the curriclum

what do you mean ,they don't acknowledge their own system???is the other systems are considered better??if so you need to eliminate that choice ,cause the cv is important,in Jordan the national exam mark are considered very important,so we don't have that problem,all the systems are considered due to their own averages and they all considered equal,what i mean when you choose the system you have to see what do you need in your future
