That's fairly old news which they didn't follow through on, if you checked the date at the top of that message you would have seen it was put up on the "2007/12/27"
It's more of a warning that they are prepared to do that if it continues to happen.
I have read this before, I was kinda scared But I dont really think they will even shut down willingly, only if people continue uploading them in other sites..
Just in case if this was updated...( but I dont the update date and DB always posts updates as a new link)...Its really out of our hands. I they would like to quit(I hope not) then they can because there is no way in hell they will be able to track every single vid. and in the case they do...someone will rise due to the demand..and thats that..XD
