How will Ichigo defeat Aizen? What about Ulquiorra and the remaining Arrancar?
(Tite Kubo won't leave Ichigo stuck in Hueco Muendo. Urahara will probably discover a way to get them to Soul Society or the false Karakura Town. Maybe Ulquiorra will help.)

It's kinda lame for Ichigo's Hollow Transformation to ONLY give him more speed and a more powerful Getsuga Tenshou. Can't it advance any further?


If Shinji can do a Cero, so can Ichigo, right? What about those other awesome Hollow abilities we saw during the training with the Vizard?

Plus, if you haven't noticed, the Hollow Mask's changing. The stripes have gotten thicker, and the mask has gotten bigger too. -hint hint-

Also, if his Hollow abilities don't get an upgrade, what about his Zanpaktou? His bond with Zangetsu should get stronger, and maybe Ichigo will learn a more advanced version of his Bankai, or an altogether new Release state.

It would be nice to see further advancement of Ichigo's Bankai as well as his Hollow transformation. I also agree that Ichigo should have a cero. after all he is part Hollow. But as for now all we can do is speculate but it certainly would be nice to see Ichigo power up some more because despite his best efforts I still think that some of the other Captains are stronger than him so he does still have some growing to do. As Ichigo is now he can't hope to defeat Aizen so he is definitely gotta get some upgrades.

hmm. i dont think its a question of will he get stronger but rather how. i mean will he develop an all new all purpose pwning tech? if he were 2 get 1 of those i seriously think it would b a cop out. I'd rather see him wrk on areas wheres hes lacking such as hand 2 hand combat & demon arts & his hollow mask limit thus getting stronger in a more realistic way

Btw this is the Manga section, so u dnt need to use a spoiler tab. There is no 'new' release state after Bankai or a different version of his Bankai. I personally belive Zangetsu at some point will have to teach Ichigo a new technique besides Getsuga Tenshou. Bottom line is, i dnt think Ichigo will move up to another level, he will just learn new techniques and better understand how to effectively use his abilities (Shinigami & Hollow)

Well I do hope he get something new, not a more powerful technique but something easier to do maybe, that will not drain him as much.

If Ichigo was a master at kido and a variety of shunpo techniques then he would be almost unstoppable.

The zan's limit is bankai. Some say tha Ichigo's bankai is incomplete, i agree with them since his bankai should have more than an increase in speed and blue Getsuga Tenshou. So whether its lame or not, he has to advance in the bankai department. Also i doubt there would be a new release state. Byakuya had some levels to his bankai but in essence, they all remained the same. Different type of petal formations.
When you said his mask has increased in size, were you referring to the manga or the anime? In the anime, its because of the different animation, not some point to ponder upon. In the manga, i saw no difference. If you think about it, if the mask is indeed increasing in size, that means Ichigo's grip on the inner hollow is slipping.
As for the cero, it has been discussed in the past. Ichigo can learn it but he has to go through the training with the vizards. Cero is a signature hollow power and to achieve it, he has to squeeze on the inner hollow, meaning it would be much more difficult for him to get that. So it would require time and for that, Tite has to intro a new arc in the manga.

If im not wrong here but did not Ichigo's inner hollow say that *if you realy want to control my power, make sure you dont die befor i show up again* when he defeated his hollow in the vizard training? I think his inner hollow will show up again when ichigo is in deep truble and craving for more power, And if that is the case his new powers when he gain's them should be hollow related.

So i think that Ichigo's New PowerUP will more or less be that he can convert in to almost pure hollow when he uses his mask. the closer a hollow is to become a Shinigami the stronger it gets rigth? then it should also be the same for Shinigami.

But realy the only thing he needs to get stronger is more control over his spiritual energy. If he could control all of it he would be almost immortal.

Well all we can do is speculate on what it will be if he gets any.. its all up to the creators..

yeah if anything when Ulquiorra is about to win.zangetsu will show himself like when he fought zaraki.........
or if not then the hollow ichigo will show up...that will be awesome!!!
