Who will fight AIZEN at the end?

He didn't face Ulquiorra with his new strength yet. He was able to defeat Grimmjow, kill a few Exequias, and still has resolve to boot. He's the main character, he's always getting stronger.

absolutely Ichigo ... and I think Shinji will take a part of this fight before Ichigo's coming because Shinji was betrayed by Aizen and he said "we are indebted to Kisuke and Aizen" of course it has a different meaning for aizen ,so I think Shinji is going to fight with him first then Ichigo will come to help Shinji "the hero appears in the last moment" to repay the debt of saving him from Grimmjow and to fulfill his promise of beating Aizen ... and who's know maybe Urahara will fight with Aizen too,Urahara was kicked out of soul society because of him ... but the final one is Ichigo without doubt.

Main villains in manga like this are typically taken down by a group effort (like Naraku, Shishio, Buu, etc.). I'm sure Shinji will have a role, as will Urahara, Yama, and of course Ichigo. We'll probably even see more stragglers get involved in the battle. If I had to bet, though, I'd say Ichigo actually gets to kill him.

i think all the remaining survivors from the previous battles will go together to fight him ,it won't be a one-on-one fight unless there is only one remaining character which is impossible

Agreed. I know Aizen is built to be the ultimate bad guy, but I could see that label quickly shifting to Urahara. He's the only "unknown" factor in the entire Bleach equation, and I think it would be stupid of Tite to use Urahara only as another opposing force to Aizen.

Think of it this way: If the captains defeat all the Espada, then the two old dudes will fight each other, and then Ichigo will fight Aizen, and then Urahara will show up to help him out near the end...doesn't that seem way too predictable? [And totally unlike Tite? ]

It will porb be Ichigo Kurosaki!Cuz he is the main character and Ichigo always protects his family and friends so its natural for him to kill anybody/anything that can/will/have hurt his friends and family..
