I don't remember the exact details, but I believe the Vizards and Urahara were viewed differently. Urahara was considered a traitor, and I believe he was going to be imprisoned. Once it became clear Aizen was behind that, it cleared his name, which is why he and SS work together now. But the Vizards were considered threats. They were to be dealt with like hollows, which means, they were going to be killed. I don't think that's gonna change. However, as I said previously (somewhere) I don't think the Vizards truly hate Soul Society. I don't think they'll pick a fight with them while the Aizen battle is going on. I feel to some degree, they still do care about some of the Shinigami, particularly ones they got along with in the past (like Kyoraku). They may be angry with the administration (Central 46, perhaps Yamamoto) but that's not enough to get them to fight Soul Society any time soon.
