Ichigo's inner hollow's techniques

Ichigo is probably still holding back. or he is physically not ready for the full power.
Much like a baby cant walk until his leg muscles develop more and he learns balance, ichigo must learn how to control his reiatsui.

Its like throwing a punch. When you first do it you are using more muscle to swing ur arm and it takes more energy and is slower to come out instead of just what is essentailly snapping your elbow for a quick jab.

But I must admit the closer Ichigo comes to death the more poweful he seems to become. That Ichigo/Grimmy fight was classic. Ichigo was at his best since fighting Byakuya.

i think here isn't soo much talk about physically, but about controle of energy.
they said that vice capitan didn't have to go trought training for longer use of mask, because she could hold for 16h on first try.

better controle and resolves, more power and longer form

ichis hollow was the 1 who 1st used getsuga in bankai.he was the one who made that move.so wenever ichigo uses the hollows moves hell get closer to b being taken over

The black getsuga was his hollow's, not the plain one. The reason the hollow used it first is because he and Zangetsu are the same part of Ichigo's soul. Since they're the same, the hollow knows how to use it properly as well as all the techniques the bankai and shikai are capable of.

If Ichigo actually trained full time like other fighters, he would positively own.
I would say about 1 year in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber in DBZ would make him on Aizens level in speed maybe.....power too.

i think you right,you need the resolve to be able to control the spiritual power in a good manner ,so the resolve is needed to be able to hold the mask for longer periods ,but here is a thought i think ichigo is doing it the wrong way instead of controling the hollow while allowing it to use its full power,ichigo is suppressing his hollow true powers to be able to control it ,it is not forcing your control but rather forcing your power to be able to control that is why he can't hold the mask very long .i mean the way he is doing it is wrong ,it the same ike when naruto learn rasengan in the first step he couldn't figure out the trick

But there is a little bit of a difference from how they were Hollowfication and how Ichigo was Hollowfied.

Aizen made them into hollow which seems like he used a different method which seems like they would not have able to change back to their normal form.

When Urahara changed Ichigo, Ichigo was able to turn into the shinigami by breaking off the mask.

So to me it is natural the others can tap into and hold onto their hollow form longer than Ichigo, because they were never intended for them to change back to a shinigami.

you have some point but probably urahara was able to turn them back, but same thing begin happening to them as to ichigo so they had to go trought inner fight (this would tell as whay they know how much time it took and how to do it)
so when they finished training they found out who give them power so they begin training with those powers for purpuse to kill aizen, but at begining they couldn't keep mask for more than few mins exsept for kens vice capitan, she could keep it for 16h allready with first try.
everything is similary but aizens test was to unstable, because everyone exsept them died before they could change because prototype was to incomplite/unstable.

Maybe we have it alllll wrong. The difference may be shear willpower. Remember, ichigo's hollowification proces was "willingly executed". Shenji and the others were quit against the whole ordeal as it was forced upon them. But Urahara game ichigo the option. If you are ready for something then it usually is easier taken. Maybe better results will happen.
So the others were unwillingly turned into hollows.
But still ichigo just develpoed differently.
