Its been discussed before but what if she restored Grimmjow's arm while only intending to restore that arm, nothing else. If she uses her powers to full extent, she can intend to reject Aizen past and present and so Aizen will be no more. As for rejecting the hougyoku, ur right, she thought about it but she could not because Aizen was kind of guarding it. The only thing pulling her back is her not realizing true potential of her powers.
