what happend to Grimmjow, NNoitra, Haribel we only see at anime and manga they only got knocked but didn't dissapear like usual hollow.... are they death??

and especially for Ulqiorra he just dissapeared after got serious damage from ichigo hollow form 2 but i didn't see ichigo hollow form 2 finishing him, but why he still dissapeared?? and is this the end for Ulqiorra??

Don't know about Grimmjow. Check out the other thread based on his situation. Nnoitra (Kenpachi granted his wish to kill him) and Halibel (Aizen doesn't leave people alive when he intends to kill them) are as dead as they can be. The fact that they weren't shown disappearing off, does not mean that they are still alive.
Uliquorra's important organs were destroyed. And yes, he withered way which should imply that he is dead >.> And since each of these situations are clearly verifiable through the manga, I'm going to close this thread.
