I also wonder if the effects of Aizen's hypnosis are subject to Reiatsu manipulation. Since we know he has insane amounts of Reiatsu, maybe if your Reiatsu was higher or put enough stress on the spell/environment manipulation, it can shatter it (I'm thinking of the event where Kenpachi wtf removed Maki's little light manipulation technique, that Ichigo and party were having trouble with, when he showed up in the "filler"... dreaded word). So far no one has put up more Reiatsu then Aizen has other than Genryusai, and Genryusai has never fired up in front of Aizen completely. Just a theory, maybe not.

I kind of wonder something like that, too. Basically, now that everyone knows what Aizen can do (and of course, that he's evil) and they'll be looking for it, will that make a difference? The only captains he directly fought (Hitsugaya and Komamura) had no idea what his powers were. Plus, they were enraged, and blindly attacked him. His fake death worked on everyone because no one suspected he would try something like that. But now that all the cards are on the table, are the Shinigami as susceptible?
My initial guess was that there would be a way to account for Kazen Saimin somehow. However, Unohana basically said that there is no point fighting Aizen if you're under it, so I'm starting to change my mind about it.
But again, Ichigo not being under Kazen Saimin is nice and all, but the fact is Aizen was planning on entering the King's Realm to take his throne, which means going through the Zero Squad. Most likely, Aizen doesn't know who's on the Zero Squad, and there are many Shinigami on it that are not under his hypnosis. There's a reason Aizen is so confident. Kazen Saimin is great and all, but he has to have another plan. I doubt he was planning on putting the entire Zero Squad under his hypnosis. If he's confident he can deal with the Zero Squad (either because he has another army, or has vizard powers, or whatever) then I don't think it matters than Ichigo isn't under hypnosis. Aizen will just deal with him the same way he planned on decimating the Zero Squad (most likely, just brute force)
