Orihime Hogyoku theory

Twice in the HM arc, there was mentioning of something that happened internally to Inoue. At first I thought perhaps it was some sort of hollowfication. This led me to my current theory that Aizen has fused the Hogyoku with Inoue's powers. I believe this to have viability because of Ichigo's progression with his hollow. Every time Inoue heals Ichigo, it is clear his power increases dramatically. How is this possible if Inoue's powers are to restore things prior to a certain instance? If anything Ichigo should remain at the same level of power, but this is clearly not the case. My guess is that Aizen planned on Inoue healing Ichigo and "blending" his shinigami and hollow powers to a certain extent...perhaps leading to the unstable hollow form we saw recently. Aizen must be aware of Ichigo's immense strength; perhaps Aizen thought that Ichigo would destroy everyone (protagonists) in HM with this new form, of perhaps an even mightier form of hollowfication awaits Ichigo when he faces grave circumstances. At any rate, Ichigo is an untapped powerhouse that Aizen saw potential in. If that potential can be manipulated, I believe Aizen would not miss such an opportunity for victory.

Could you please specify where in the HW arc it is mentioned of something happening internally to inoue?

Inoue has the ability to repel or reject certain events that happen in a defined time and space. (thus the yellow forcefield you see every time) i think ichigo pushes himself in every fight to become stronger in order to protect his family and friends, and when he gets his knocked out, and we see inoue healing him, i believe inoue just rejects all the damage and the tiredness out of ichigo, thus restoring his health and max strength has increased!

So your saying that restoring something to it's previous state makes it better? How does Ichigo's power increase if her rejection just reverses time essentially? It has been consistently shown that Ichigo's power grows exponentially every time she heals him, which is inconsistent with the results from other times she healed people. The other characters do not recieve more power, whereas Ichigo has his hollow and does become stronger...that's what I'm trying to voice anyway.

The theory has flaws, however I do agree that Aizen did something with Orihime that will make a difference later on in the story line. I don't think he would put the Hougyuku in her, as it's something that he wouldn't just haphazardly put in someones soul like Urahara did. Although it wouldn't surprise if he did, as it worked for Urahara for about 100 years.

Hmm, he may have put it there. I am sure no one would be able to sense if it was in orihime. Was that why Aizen left Ulquiorra in charge of her protection?
I dont see how it could be in her considering that would be a great miscalculation if the good guys got wind of it. Like Giving Hitler the bomb first by hiding it in a german barnhouse..
I do believe that he did something...perhaps a modified Houg........if urahara can create it, Aizen probably can recreate it or modify it further..

All they did internally to Inoue was to convince her she was under there control, I watched an episode I've already seen dubbed the other night on tv, and Ulquiorra explained the whole Inoue situation to Nnoitra when he mentioned if it was Aizen using his Kyōka Suigetsu's perfect hypnosis on her. Ulquiorra also mentioned something about her clothing as well, the reverted Shinigami outfit proves shes one of them.. various things.. basically putting her in psychological cages as he also explained. (Episode 150 btw) & in Manga chapters 248~249 I believe.

I believe the only reason Aizen shown the Hougyoku to Inoue anyways was to really make her believe even more to Aizen as if she was one of them. At the very end of the episode, Ulquiorra actually had Inoue speak like she was under hypnosis. (Episode 150 btw) & in Manga chapters 248~249 I believe. Even though most of this is sorta irreverent to Ichigo getting more powerful from Inoue's power's & the Hougyoku I just wanted to explain everything I've pieced together from all the (internally) things Aizen had done to Inoue.

As for why Aizen still needs the Hougyoku, maybe to make more Arrancar in the middle of the battlefield to take out "beast's" like Kyoraku lol.

No idea. He doesn't need it to make the Ouken. I think he's already used it for what he wanted it for. Self-Hollowfication perhaps, or just to screw with Urahara.

He is using it as a trump card. It can obviously be a great tool if u can create being like Wonderweiss.... Look at how he snuck up on Ukitake. Imagine if Aizen had a army of those types...
