You might be on to something, but I think Darth is right. Aizen never had any contact with Ichigo prior to that one attempt on Ichigo's part. Furthermore, why Ichigo doesn't call out to warn Komamura may be explained by everyone being in serious confusion/ hysteria, through influence or not. Hard enough to spot details and Ichigo could have thought Koma was aiming for something else or had a plan of some sort. No one was in the right mindset to assess or help in defeating Aizen (or wanted to defeat Aizen... he was a friend ... until he went douche bag jerkathon mode).

Chapter 174, Ichigo takes his swing at Aizen. Nowhere was there any sign of Kanzen Saimin being used. Aizen instantly sheathed his Zanpakuto, and it's name was spoken once after it had already been sheathed. The sword must be drawn, and then its name spoken in order for Kanzen Saimin to influence someone. Refer to chapter 371 for a good example of someone being initially influenced by Kyoka Suigetsu. Aizen unsheathes it and speaks its name.

With all that said, there's no way Ichigo is under the influence of Kanzen Saimin. Unahona speaks no lies. Does it make much of a difference to Aizen that Ichigo isn't under his control? Probably not, as Aizen had already easily manipulated Ichigo's every move once in the past just by pure strategy alone.

once you're under it, Aizen can pretty much do whatever he wants to you. I mean, he doesn't even have to be near you (the fake body that Unohana inspected was nowhere near the real Aizen, who was in Central 46 chambers). But the "ritual" is to hear the name while looking at the sword.

Question Muramasa Missed A Few - Nov. 21st, 2009, 01:11 PM

Other than Ryujin Jakka, Muramasa missed a few zanpakuto. He did not free Itegumo nor Hisagomaru (they belong to Isane and Hanataro). I thought his desire was to free all Zanpakuto.

Benihime, Suzumushi, Shinsō, and Kyōka Suigetsu are still with their wielders. You'd think he'd want more Zanpakuto rather than less especially a Zanpakuto like Kyōka Suigetsu.

Easy reason: He can't control zans in the real world. Realize Ichigo was fine until he went to SS?ya...

If we think in the realm of the anime, then he probably only took the zanpaktou that he thought would be helpful to him, he took the zanpaktou of all the strongest characters in the anime. However, if we think in the realm of the real world, Tite probably didn't want to show us the zanpaktou of people we haven't seen yet(Isane and Iba), it would spoil later surprises to reveal their zanpaktous' abilities in a filler.
