Bleach Episode: 244

It was an entertaining episode but didn't shed light on anything. I was sad to see wabiske go as soon as he did. I thought it would be interesting to see him fight but I guess that would reveal Kira's zan's abilities to everyone around so it wasn't permitted for continuity.

Hopefully they start revealing more of the plot in the episodes rather than so much... filler.

Byukuya is far smarter than Kenpachi.....His soul slayer wont let Kenpachi get close to him.......besides byukuyaa can use kido....kenpachi is pretty much fighting at a disadvantage here

Well... Kenpachi did fight Tousen deaf dumb and blind... it's hard to say what'll happen. If Byakuya does win I think he won't be leaving with more than 1% of his life force remaining. You know if Kenpachi starts fighting with 2 arms I don't think Byakuya can really block that stuff, no one can. Besides, the force and speed of each of his swings in corrected manner is probably enough to catch Byakuya off guard due to the enormous area of effect it causes.

That said, Byakuya is as shrewd as they come and a bit of a wild card carrier, never really know what's up with that guy since he's always so calm. I hate to suggest something of an ending if it becomes reality but, maybe even stronger captains like Ukitake or Shunsui will show up and disperse the fight. God forbid Yama himself in all the fire of anger threatening to incinerate Byakuya.... Byakuya better not push his luck. Fighting the devil himself is already pretty bad, trying to survive the Sun... that's another story. On the other hand, even if Byakuya had this all planned out and is actually not revolting (as most people suggest), I don't think Byakuya minds killing Kenpachi, so if no intervention gets in the way we'll see something amazing. Seems like most in SS see him as a loose cannon that does more harm than good

Bleh episode really...I mean, Ruri'iro didn't know that Yumichika could use kido? How is that even possible? A zanpakuto is part of their soul...how does Yumichika trick his soul into not knowing that he's at least kind of proficient in kido? That's dumb. There's that and the fact that they gave a really stupid excuse for Kenpachi and Yachiru being gone for the whole filler. My guess is that they were going to make Muramasa Kenpachi's zanpakuto...but Tite or his production company stepped in and made them change in abruptly. Just makes no sense for such a key character to be absent for so long only to have no real reason for entering...they should have just left him out if they're going with that route...Then they kinda just threw it in our face post-episode. Pretty disappointed by the weak writing.

i really dislike this episode and now the whole filler arc, nothing but useless talk bad drawn characters and waiting and waiting for something not for 4 year old kids.

Wabisuke getting instantly killed was a suprise and a dissapointment.Everything else besides Yumichika's fight sucked.

Oh how foolish i was to think this would finally get interesting now that kenpachi is back...
I dont really know what is going on but every episode is worse than the one before. WHY??? what is happening with ppl responsible for bleach scenario? They lost the originaly very interesting idea of these few episodes with zanpaktuh, and now turned it into some trash of cheap fighting.. Fights were 100000x times more interesting and cool, when they werent just swinging around and looking badass-in-the-eye. at first i thot: omg kenpachi VS byakuya...finally. BUT now i see its gona look like kid fight with sticks...and comeback was uberlame...since when do capitans go hollow-hunting around rukongai? cmon, not to mention this new animation that makes everybody look strange..shading is cool, but they changed face-lines of everychar..so they look wierd... So we can with confiedence say that bleach is(as someone so long before said) on downroad to bottomless pit, and that it will devour itself cuz its becoming to commercial and stupid. Now i wont watch bleach anymore, im gona watch Ren & Stimpy cuz i know they are stupid, but they wont get any worse..

They really need to stop dragging this out, it's becoming a bit annoying. A fight between Byakuya and Kenpachi could be great, if the episode actually showed a fight. Most of it was useless back and forth, which Kenpachi isn't usually known for.
