Ishida's Released Glove Power: Will he ever get it back?

i just want to know if Ishida is ever going to get as powerful as he was when he took off that glove in Soul Society. It seemed like that was definitely his most powerful form....ever since he lost that power he's been kind of a pansy to me, he needs to get that power back....As well as the cool costume along with it. He has to lose that gay little cape.
