i think he mastered his bankai sometime in the anime, i haven't watched the film, but i remember sth about that ,if i am not mistaken it was when he fought the arrancar who invaded the real world, but still not sure

wats this? he hasnt mastered his bankai yet its still time constrained last time we saw him fight also he cant master his bankai in a movie since bleach movies are more like fillers & dont pertain 2 the actual story so if or when he does master it it'll happen in the manga then anime
