Ururu and Jinta?

What are these two kids? I'm reading the arrancar arc so I have the full experience of both anime and manga, but I have no idea what these two kids could be. Ururu is a robot or something... it seems. "Locking onto the unusual reiatsu of the arrancar. Now initiating Genocide mode" I think Tite Kubo has some explaining to do.. Or Urahara.

.Ururu is a mixed experiment by Urahara to couuter hollows by detecting them from their reitsu, that's why Ururu went into a trance state when she fought Illforte. I doubt she is a robot as Urahara is far too advanced in technical knowledge to just make a robot...
as for Jinta, he is a normal kid with some shinigami powers like walking on air and some strength....
