Battle Area: Guideline

Rules:

How It Works?:
- The Battle Area is the place where 2 or more people compete to see who has made the better Art Work.
- To Start a battle, Go POST in the LOCKER ROOM and follow the guidelines in there.
- The voting topic will be made by me (Hitsugaya) or blackmamba.

How To Vote:
- Battles will be determined by member votes.
- You must have at least 50 Posts before voting. (Reason Being: I don't want random one post members to vote with no direction or reason.)
- Voting will be done by "Poll" or by "Posting", I Recommend votes by posting. Please give a reason why you voted.
- Participants are not allowed to vote in battle.
- Using post base allows the 50 Post rule to take affect.
