I was suprised by the amount of power Naruto could harness with the 4th tail. His chakra and Ichigo's rietsu seemed very comparable. Naruto vs Ichigo would be intense.

I think the best matchup vs Aizen would be itachi or neji. Their perfected eye techniques may be able to counter or overcome aizen's hypnosis.

Kakashi easily he can copy every move plus grimmjow is to hot headed to fight someone with kakashi's abilities without loosing it
Ulquiora Vs Neji

it would be a tough fight but Ulquiora will win...he has both speed and strength...Neji may win if can conquer the speed with his own and withstand Uliquorra's reitsu...
