thats a hard one...cos there are some rly serious characters in bleach...but I think either Aizen or Yamamoto...leadership requires seriousness the most and they wouldnt hesitate to kill their subordinates just to uphold either law or just when theyr not listening...

well i think by far the most serious character has gotsta be byakuya. he doesnt even flinch and is always so cold. even when he says "bankai", its totally like he is about to tear you appart and he doesnt even care, like he is ordering a frickin pizza! hitsugaya tried so be seriouse, but he is still kinda kiddish

omfg I totally forgot about him! true..however..he did go to the shinigami womens meeting in stead of Rukia when she was recovering..and he fed Yachiru some bread :P...nevertheless...the is deadserious..like Tousen but he is just boring...

Serious??Um......Gin?LoL well I haven't seen neither Ulquiora nor Byakuya laughing os something.But I have to go with Byakuya.I don't know why......or Aizen although he had a "Gin" smile all the time at first now he's kinda serious.
