Byakuya in the sense that there's no fuss, straight to business. His life seems pretty straightforward/boring maybe. Actually Byakuya and Ulquiorra are pretty similiar in personality. Not sure about strength, imagine them two fighting, now there's an epic battle.

Yamamoto is serious mostly because he has to be. Soul Society would pretty much fall apart if he weren't.

Ulquiorra, Aizen, Tousen and Byakuya Kuchiki

You cant reallly find anyone seriosly than those guys...like ichigo for example...he is serious of saving his friends and all that, but when he meets Nel, and she jumps on him and that you can see how his face turns to those funny looking faces, and things like that :P Plus he screams a lot xD
