This is really for people who read the manga and are up to date (ie manga chapter #307)

How on earth would Kenpachi be able to beat noitora? Because noitora's so damn strong and that stab into his eyesocket didnt do jack...
The only tricks kenpachi has up his sleeves is his eyepatch which soaks up his reiatsu... so the only way i think he could survive the fight against noitora is with a sword release- i think noitora's alot like kenpachi, he probably doesn't have his sword's name.
So either kenpachi gains a shikai/bankai, or yachiru comes to save the day....
I think he will eventually learn his bankai, but we may see his shikai against Noitora. Either that or he will be working with his sword instead of on its own and because of this the sword will be sharper, and not ragged like it usually is. Since, it should be sharper now in either case this could be enough to help him win.

As cliche as that sounds, that probably whats going to happen.
knowing the name of your sword often requires some sort of meditation if im correct ( except for the myIQisequaltothatofatird Ichigo ) and some calmness...I dont think kenpachi will ever be able to do that...
