Can't help you there friend. I've never watched nor read Claymore. Maybe in the future. It didn't look like my style of anime, but sometimes I get surprised.

it's prity simple.
claymore is creature created by giving human yoma meat and blood in thair body.
so in other words they have mixed blood.
It's true that she is originaly only 1/4 but i think that by taking Irene's arm, had taken place second mixing of blood what would reinforce her original blood and rise her part of yoma.(by taking arm she receive meat and blood what is the same to what organization do, but they only exchange meat at other place probably chest)
yoma meat is core of claymores power, but that meat devour them slowly, as yome devour humans.(whay they need so littre to eat, because they are eating thair own meat(human).)
i think she is between 1/4 and 1/2 yoma right now. because second mixing won't reach that huge reaction that happend first time.
you probably want to know whay are some claymores so much mor powerful than others,
reason is simple, it depend on genas(parts of DNA), how well will they merge together humans and yoma geans. in some cases we could call yoma meat parasite and closer it's to simbiote relationship more power claymore get.
here you have i hope you will understand it.
