Kids get arrested for making "Hit Lists" all the time. I think it's just overkill, but ya gotta be pretty stupid to actually make one. And then did he actually bring it to school? Forget L, this guy's not even as smart as Homer Simpson!

They were just fuckin around, still though, they got in a whole bunch of trouble.
