Because Aizen could kick his ass in about seven hundred different ways with just releasing his reiatsu. That and agreeing with him on many different levels, like all of the other espada.
He's just really loyal and dedicated to aizens cause... also hes not aizen's bitch .. cuz hes really respected by aizen

Hes not really doing it because he is being forced. I agree he is a more mild tempered espada. But I think hes cooperating because there will be something in it for him. Just like any other deal. I think thats the only reason all of them are. They could easily gang up on him and take aizen out and the others as well. So theres gotta be some sort of motivation for their cooperation.
