Sasuke defeated 1000 people. Good stuff but let me ask you, were they flying most of them time? Were they equipped with like five blades each, tipped with poison? And was one of them a Kazekage? I don't think so. The ones defeated by Sasuke were nothing more than small fry with no credible standing whatsoever.
Let me ask you. How can you be so sure that Sasuke has more chakra than Shika? There is no evidence to support that claim. Hell, Shika's jutsu may be more chakra taxing than Sasuke's. And even with all the stated powers, does not guarantee a win. For instance Hashirama versus Madara. Madara had an EMS and Hashirama only had the wooden jutsu. I'm not saying that Sasori or whoever is on his level but I'm explaining that with the right mind set, anyone can destroy a stronger opponent.
Kakuzu's level can be explained because well...he walked out of battle with Hashirama. Sasuke has nothing that could beat Kakuzu. The latter used almost all of the elements.
And oh yes, Akatsuki were defeated by teams. Hmm...let me see..what is the Eagle team then? Where did Suigetsu, Juugo and Karin play the part? Oh right. I would recommend that you recall the fight with Killer Bee. If we are on that ground, lets see. Who got defeated by Sasuke in a one on one fight in Shippuden? Oro doesn't count because Sasuke did not 'defeat' him per se. I'm pretty sure Sasuke would have been killed by Oro if they were in a one on one fight. And then there was the fight with Itachi, which of course won't count because Itachi let him win.
