Samaheda is not a collector of chakra but an absorber. And it can only absorb chakra if Kisame allows it, using his own. Together with the absorbed chakra and Kisame's own, he will be able to release some chakra energy bursts (just my thought, no proof of that yet).
In this chapter, Samaheda somehwat awakened, meaning Kisame poured his own chakra in it. Samaheda will never explode or turn itself on Kisame. Suigetsu said that Samaheda will be his if he kills Kisame. So the only way Samaheda will be on its own is when Kisame dies.

Okay...at the level Sasuke was when he fought killer bee, he definitely could have killed atleast 7Akatsuki members...
Deidara (Which he did kill)
Itachi (Fought him really well, but this can be irrelevant)
Konan
Kakuzu
Hidane
Zetsu
Sasori
In that list, even without Itachi's powers, he'd be able to kill 6 on that list no problem. And the last thing you said about Sameheda is assumption...Sameheda ALLOWS Kisame to wield it...so what makes you think it won't ever turn if the situation calls for it? We'll see soon what happens...i still predict a killer Bee victory.
