alright...Sasuke still has time to release his seal..and 'the guy' ( forgot his name, the original seal bearer ) is sharing flesh with sasuke..this will have a strange unexpected effect making sasuke incredibly strong when he releases his seal...bam..hachibi is in trouble...and sasuke kills the hachibi...nobody dies..
