its ridiculously simple. I think the only stuff u added were bubbles. And it cannot be called a banner or a sig because of its size. The basic size of a sig is under 400 width and under 150 length. As you should have noticed in other comments, there is no blending at all in this. There is no existing depth. You should have experimented with layer effects, c4d's, brushes etc. I suggest you take out some good tutorials online, follow them for a week and then get out some of your own sig.
