i dont think hitsugaya as more expirience....ikkakus older and has been fighting a lot longer than hitsugaya......so id say that ikkaku tops hitsugaya with bankai use and experience..but he wouldnt be a captain because he said he didnt want to be one..all he wants to do is fight and die under kenpachi....ut he definately could be a captain if he wanted to....i think if kenpachi ever died...(and thats a big if) that ikkaku would take over as 11th squads captain....he fits the criteria for the spot.....i think the only way he would be a captain is if ken died and he was made 11th captain...not 3rd or 5th though
