awh, but there is a difference between Hitsugaya and Ikkaku. Hitsugaya actully cares about his duties, Ikkaku doesn't , remember he gets drunk first and then fights, and plus all he is looking for is the next fight. Although I do think he is as strong as a captain, he is not captain material.

This captain they have now, seems to care about his squad, and is trying to get them to trust him. I feel the 3rd seat guy is trying to distroy that.
