Simple....BN requires registration in order to use downloads...so they register just for the downloads and not for the forums...O.O

Yeah, that's a personal dig on Bleach Exile. Their forums suck, their mods suck, their server is slow, they're late on manga, and most of their members have the IQ of an amoeba. Thank god our forum is small.

And a lot of members register here everyday!!I mean 1 week ago we had 96.000 members....O.O
