Difficult to say. Recent material would point to Inoue will be, or at least desires a great deal, to be with Ichigo and while Ichigo has exhibited some interest in Rukia what may have existed during the point in the Soul Society era seems to have all but dwindled thus leaving not many more options given current standings. I find little that would lead me to believe that Rukia would be too terribly interested in Renji despite their long term aquaintance, and seeing as last i checked she was impaled on a trident i doubt she's thinking too much of would be suitors at the moment...
