So all the Vizards were former Captains. That puts a new spin on things. So ichigo must be Uber strong seeing as how he basically choked a former captian while in Vizard training.

not all of them were captains...Hiyori was a VC for Rose...but Ichigo has a LONG way to go before he even thinks of surpassing Shinji n the gang...remember this was 100 years ago, lots of time for Shiniji n Rose to develop more moves...Byakuya once said to Ichigo that bankai develop over centuries so i think Shinji n Rose have kind of upgraded their origenal bankai...
