Well ofc some of the Espada/Arrancar will survive.. Nel will survive.. Dont think Ichigo will let any one harm her.. Grimmjow will survive too if he dont die defending Ichigo in the up comming battle with Ulquiorra for some reason.. then there is the Other ones that still move around the castle.. dont think Ichigo and his friends has killed every Arrancar yet..
I think after Aizen is dead Nel and Grimmjow if he still is alive and the Vizards will go back too Hueco Mundo and more or less take Control over the area.. And make sure that no more Arrancar turn up in the real world.. Well this is my theory any way and if for some reason Soul Society look at Ichigo as a traitor for defending the remaining Arrancars or view him as a enermy after Aizens death do to his Hollow powers ( think he will become more like a Hollow during his fight with Ulquiorra) he will return to Hueco Mundo with The Vizards and Inoue and Chad will come along with him and a new battle with Soul Society will start.. Which will be the last Chapter in this story..
