^^ Could be on to something there, in most stories there is always a twist, whether in a book or movie, someone from the good side usually has to die in order for the story to catch more of climax, then there lies the spot for revenge. So i have to agree that the darker side will take a few with them especially since it will make the story that more interesting, but we will see
