yes indeed they do but think of it in this way..Aizen n Gin n Tousen (with bankai
) VS Yamajii, Shounsou, Ukitake, Kohamaru (with bankai's) plus Urahara and Ishiin (who we can safely assume has a bankai too since he was a former captain and not all of the guys are like Kenpachi)
