I agree it should be an important captain, but maybe the healer cap (one with the single braid of hair in front), and I say that for 3 reasons...
1) Her character has never been truly developed like Kenpachi's
2) She has never been involved in fighting, just healing, and we have
for that, and
3) her hair pisses me off
