Well this probably isn't the best site to find that you should try going to pspiso or some similar psp forums for that. But all you would really need to do is find a bleach wallpaper you like and look around for a bleach icon/font pack for psp, and then just flash it. At least thats how it used to be for me running 3.10CE.
