I was telling that 4.th tehnic could be on same difficulty lvl. to use as kidou 90-99
Only few can do spells form 90 to 99, and is the same for 4.th tehnic shunpo

How now things are only about 4 people know 3.th tehnic, but 4.th is yoruichi's trick in sleeve and she will only use it in real bad situation. (aizen said that every ability have limit and it look that shunpo's limit is that 4.th tehnic)

That title "Goddess of Flash" of yoruichi is not given to her for nothing. It's "aplaying" (showing) to 4.th tehnic in whic she is only master in ss.
