yes,
1. is bond to ground (normaly used by low lvl. shinigami)
2. is what normaly they use in battle(allow standing in air)
3. is like replace tehnic
(we seen it twice) (yoruichi taught byakuya, so littre ammo of shinigami know this tehnic and is on a lot higher lvl. than second tehnic)
4. we never seen it but is possible that only yoruichi master (so her title godess of flash) it and is on same lvl. of difficulty as kidou 90-99
